  • WHAT DOES RF STAND FOR?
    RF is an abbreviation of our founder's name, Raeesah Fatakia. Here's a fun fact: within Raeesah's family, everyone's initials happen to be RF. It seemed only fitting for her to embrace this unique connection and brand herself as RF.
  • WHERE CAN I MAKE A BOOKING?
    All of our cafes operate on a walk-in basis only, and we do not accept any bookings.
  • WHAT'S THE MAXIMUM TIME I CAN STAY AT MY TABLE?
    During busy periods, we may implement a 45-minute rule starting from when you receive your food. However, if the cafes are quiet and there are no queues, you are more than welcome to stay longer with the guidance of our team.
  • HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO QUEUE AT THE WEEKEND?
    Our queue times can range from 5 to 40 minutes. Rest assured, our dedicated team will make every effort to seat you as promptly as possible.
  • HOW TO HIRE OUR EVENTS ROOM
    If you're interested in hosting a birthday party, baby shower, or any other special event with us, please feel free to drop us an email at rfpatisserie@hotmail.co.uk. In our Bolton store, we have a dedicated events room with seating for 16 guests. Click the link here for more information on this fantastic space.
  • DO YOU CHARGE SERVICE CHARGE?
    In our Manchester store, a 5% service charge is applied, whereas no service charge is applied in our Bolton and Blackburn stores
  • IS YOUR MENU SUITABLE FOR VEGANS & VEGETARIANS?
    While we strive to accommodate all dietary requirements, we currently have limited options available for vegans, although we offer a slightly wider selection for vegetarians. We are actively working on expanding our range of vegan-friendly dishes. In the meantime, please feel free to speak to a member of our team, and they will make every effort to cater to your dietary requests. You can also check out our menus online prior to your visit for more information.
  • DO YOU HAVE ANY ITEMS WHICH ARE GLUTEN FREE?
    While we do offer gluten-free (GF) options, it's important to note that all our food is prepared in a kitchen where gluten may be present, and we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination. We kindly request that you speak to a member of our team who will be happy to assist you in discussing the available menu items and any specific concerns you may have.
  • DO YOU SERVE BRUNCH ALL DAY?
    All our menu items, including breakfast, are available throughout the day, so feel free to order whatever you're in the mood for, even during dinner time. Don't hesitate to enjoy your favorite breakfast dishes whenever you like!
  • DO YOU SERVE YOUR DRINKS WITH MILK ALTERNATIVES?
    Of course, our menu offers a variety of milk alternatives, including oat, soy, almond, and coconut milk. Our friendly baristas will be delighted to assist you in choosing the perfect option for your preferences.
  • IS YOUR MENU HALAL?
    Yes, our entire menu is halal. If you have any specific dietary or allergen-related questions, please don't hesitate to speak to a member of our team in-store. They will be more than happy to assist you.

  • WHERE CAN I PURCHASE A GIFT CARDS AND HOW LONG IS IT VALID FOR?
    Our gift cards are valid for in-store use and remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please note that they can only be redeemed in our physical stores.
